A joint delegation, including information assistants, data entry operators, computer assistants, lab technicians and ambulance drivers appointed at government health institutions by the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) on contractual basis, today met Rohtak Civil Surgeon Dr Anil Birla and submitted a memorandum of their demands.

The memorandum was addressed to the Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Haryana.

Deepak Sharma, a member of the delegation, said they had been appointed in the past seven years through the HKRN, while their posts were sectioned under the NHM, so they were not getting the facilities being given by the NHM. “Our main demand is to transfer our posts from the HKRN to NHM, with working experience, so that we could avail the benefits of the NHM bylaws,” Sharma said.
