Gautam said, “I don’t dislike Bhupinder Singh Hooda. He is a good person. He belongs to a family of freedom fighters as his father Ranbir Singh was a freedom fighter. But had I not spoken against him, BJP would not have come to power in Haryana. I said so many things against him which I should not have said. He must have felt bad. In explaining the benefits of BJP and negatives of Hooda, I went to the extent which does not behove me,” he stated.
