During the kharif procurement season-2025, a total of 2,79,502.86 metric tonnes (MT) of paddy has been procured from mandis. Of this, 48,838.72 MT have already been lifted.

An official spokesperson said paddy had been procured from around 28,599 farmers across the state so far. All these farmers were registered on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal.

A total of 408,182.41 MT of paddy had arrived in various mandis this season.

Since the commencement of procurement on September 22, the highest procurement has been carried out by the Food and Civil Supplies Department, which has so far procured 169,427.82 MT. HAFED has procured 82,785.87 MT, while the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation has procured 27,289.18 MT.

District-wise, the highest procurement has been in Kurukshetra. In Kurukshetra district, 140,592.56 MT of paddy has arrived, of which 113,085.78 MT have been procured.
