While hearing the public grievances at the Samadhan Shivir, the ADC said all senior officials should ensure that the citizen coming to their office were treated well and guided properly. If any such complaint was received against any employee, strict action would be taken.

Acting on the complaint by a resident, Murari Lal, regarding the annual income in his privar pehchan patra (PPP), the ADC assured him of resolving his complaint by Thursday. He also instructed the officials to make a wheelchair available on the ground floor of the Zila Vikas Bhawan so that any disabled or other persons who were unable to walk did not face any inconvenience.

“Errors related to the PPP should be corrected as soon as possible because many schemes of the Central and state governments are linked with the PPP. If there is any kind of error in someone's identity card like name etc., then the needy and eligible person may be deprived of various types of government schemes. In such a situation, the complaints related to the PPP should be resolved as soon as possible in a timely manner,” said the ADC.
