A man was allegedly killed by unknown persons and his body was found in a half-burnt condition near Gulabgarh village of the district today.

The deceased has been identified as Rajan (27) of Mehra village of Kurukshetra district. As per a social media post, which went viral, he was allegedly associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

On the complaint of the father of the deceased, Mohinder Singh, a case was registered under Sections 302 and 201, IPC, on January 29. The complainant claimed that his elder son Rajan had left the house about a year ago, and he neither returned nor contacted any family member over the phone during this period. He said he came to know yesterday that Rajan’s body was lying near Gulabgarh village.
