“I consider the Punjabi community as part of my family and I am thankful to the people of the community, who always support us on all fronts. The BJP has deceived the Punjab Community in the past 10 years,” said Yadav while speaking on the occasion.

MLA Chiranjeev Rao said the Punjabi community had been supporting them for the last three generations. “Whatever the situation, the Punjabi community has stood with us, we have also taken full care of it,” he added.

The MLA said he had been taking out a march in the city to expose the ‘misdeed’ of the BJP government. “The march is getting a tremendous response as people are not only participating in it but also giving a warm welcome en route. This is a clear indication that the BJP is going while the Congress is coming to power,” Rao claimed.
