Prof Sachdeva added that the Fundamental Rights mentioned in the Constitution, such as Freedom of Expression and the Right to Education, enabled citizens to make judicious use of their abilities. The socialist approach of the Constitution ensured that the benefits of the country's progress reached all sections. The Constitution defined India as a secular and inclusive nation, which maintained social harmony in the country despite religious and cultural diversity. At the same time, the policies and rights made in the Constitution for women empowerment and uplifting of weaker sections ensured social justice and equality.

On the occasion, Prof Sunil Dhingra, Prof Anita Bhatnagar, Prof NK Mata, Prof Hari Singh, OSD to VC Pawan Rohila, Assistant Registrar Vinod Verma along with other officers and employees were present.
