Residents of Preet Sagar Colony on Begu Road in Sirsa city, raised their concerns and handed over a memorandum to Sirsa MLA Gokul Setia, addressed to Cabinet Minister Anil Vij. The residents, including Seema Devi, Hemant Soni, Fiza Soni, Sunita Rani, and many others, highlighted several ongoing problems in their colony.

They said their area lacked basic amenities such as drinking water and sewerage. Additionally, the roads are in poor condition, making daily life very difficult. Despite filing complaints to the Chief Minister, Deputy Commissioner and various administrative authorities multiple times, the problems remain unsolved.

Preet Sagar Colony falls under Ward 11, but the residents are forced to live in poor conditions due to the lack of essential services. They are currently dependent on water tankers for drinking water.

Sunita Rani, a resident, expressed her frustration that while the government provided basic facilities in other areas, Preet Sagar Colony continued to be neglected.

The residents have called for an immediate inspection into their situation and urged the authorities to provide them with the necessary basic amenities as soon as possible.
