The President, Droupadi Murmu’s visit to the Air Force Station here has been rescheduled for October 29. Earlier, she was to arrive in Ambala on October 18, but the event was cancelled. A defence spokesperson said, “The President’s visit is rescheduled on October 29 at IAF Ambala.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
