The police found photographs and mobile numbers of multiple women, along with their charges, on the website. Following this, three special teams, led by ACP (Headquarters) Sushila, were formed. An official, posing as a costumer, called one of the women on the mobile number provided on the website. After a deal was struck at Rs 12,000, he asked her to reach a hotel where police teams had been deployed. Sandeep brought the woman to the hotel in an SUV.

He accepted the ‘fee’ from the decoy customer and sent the woman to a desginated room in the hotel, where she was arrested. Sandeep, meanwhile, was arrested during his attempt to flee. An FIR has been registered under the Immoral Traffic Act.
