A Haryana Roadways bus caught fire near Bata Chowk on National Highway 19 here on Monday night. While there were no passengers in the bus at the time of incident, the driver and the conductor escaped unhurt by jumping off the moving bus.

The incident took place around 8.20 pm today when the bus was going from the Ballabgarh bus stand to the roadways depot in Gurugram. After getting information, fire tenders reached the spot and doused the flames. Short circuit is suspected to be the reason behind the fire.
