As a result, Haryana has emerged as the preferred destination for industries and companies, not only at the national level but also internationally.
The CM urged industrialists to establish their industrial units in Haryana and actively contribute to the state’s progress and development.
Saini was addressing representatives of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry here late last evening. Prominent industrialists from Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi were present.
Saini emphasised that for industrial development in any state, it was essential to have robust road, rail, air connectivity, and other infrastructure. Today, major companies from various sectors were establishing their units in the state, thereby boosting Haryana’s industrial growth, he said, adding that the government had implemented several reforms to strengthen direct communication between the government and industrialists.
He highlighted that moving beyond the single-window system, a single-roof system had been introduced, setting a fixed time frame for every service. The process for obtaining NOCs from various departments had been simplified, with a minimum turnaround time of 15 days and a maximum of 45 days.
Saini said he had made several announcements to promote industrial development and startups in the Budget for 2025-26. Plans were underway to develop 10 new Industrial Model Townships (IMTs). Additionally, efforts were being made to strengthen the startup ecosystem to support budding entrepreneurs.
He stated that the Department of Future had been established to promote emerging technologies and innovations.
