The District Bar Association, Rohtak, held a farewell-cum-felicitation ceremony for three judicial officers on Tuesday.

Raj Gupta, former Additional District and Sessions Judge, was felicitated on her promotion and appointment as District and Sessions Judge at Palwal. Vivek Yadav, Additional District and Sessions Judge, was honoured on his appointment as Presiding Officer of the Industrial and Labour Court, Rohtak. Peeyush Gakhar was felicitated on his reappointment as Civil Judge, Palwal.

Dr Vijender Singh Ahlawat, former chairman and current member of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, welcomed the guests. The ceremony was presided over by District and Sessions Judge Neerja Kulwant Kalsan.

Bar Association president Deepak Hooda, general secretary Raj Karan Panghal, and others presented the judges with bouquets, shawls, mementoes and potted plants.
