Sanjay sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during the exchange of fire, while the other two were injured as they attempted to flee. All three have been admitted to PGIMS Rohtak for treatment, said Surendra Singh Bhoria, Superintendent of Police, Rohtak.

He stated that the trio were accused of murdering Dharambir (58) and his son Deepak (22) in Baliyana village on November 7 due to personal enmity.

“Preliminary investigation suggests the accused were roaming in the area to plan another criminal act. We have recovered two pistols, three live rounds, three empty cartridges, a bullet, and a scooter allegedly used in the double murder,” Bhoria added.
