Rumblings in JJP over vacant slot
Chandigarh, November 14
The inability of the JJP to finalise the name of its legislator for Cabinet berth has led speculation about the alleged differences within the party.
The non-inclusion of either Ram Kumar Gautam (Narnaud) or Ishwar Singh (Guhla Cheeka) in the Cabinet from the JJP quota has reportedly not gone well with some of its legislators. From the JJP, only Anoop Dhanak was sworn in as MoS and attached to Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala in the Labour and Employment Department.
Reports said the BJP had certain reservations about inclusion of Gautam, who defeated former Finance Minister Capt Abhimanyu, forcing the JJP to keep the Cabinet berth from its quota vacant.
