Speaking at a meeting of entrepreneurs in Rohtak, Saini said Haryana had transformed from an agriculture-driven state into a prosperous industrial hub. “With the hard work of entrepreneurs, Haryana has secured a top position in per capita income and employment,” he noted.

Assuring entrepreneurs that their genuine demands would be addressed, he urged them to partner with the government to ensure that the youth are trained according to industry requirements. He added that Haryana’s entrepreneurs have earned recognition in specialised industries across the country.

“To further boost industrial growth, 10 new Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) will be developed across the state on the lines of IMT Manesar. An ‘Ease of Doing Business’ ecosystem has already been created and due to government incentives, Haryana has emerged as the first choice for investors from India and abroad,” Saini maintained.

Later, the CM joined the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign at Baland village. He said development must go hand in hand with environmental protection and urged people to live in harmony with nature.

Highlighting the achievements of the plantation drive launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said 1.80 crore saplings had already been planted in the first phase, while the second phase aims to plant another 2.10 crore.

Calling upon residents to actively participate, he stressed the importance of instilling respect for trees and the environment in children from an early age. “Every family should make it a habit to plant a sapling on happy occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and festivals,” he appealed.
