Addressing a press conference to mark the milestone, Saini praised the PM for leading the country away from a phase of indecision and inefficiency to one of strong governance, national pride and global standing.

Congress leaders are making baseless allegations regarding development schemes, while the truth is that even Opposition leaders themselves are benefiting from these schemes. A prime example is NH-152D, which is being praised by every citizen of the state, said Saini.
“Today’s India is led by vision, not vote-bank politics,” said Saini, crediting Modi for ushering in an era where citizens feel the presence of a decisive, sensitive and effective government.
Drawing a contrast with previous governments, the Chief Minister said, “While the Congress-led governments were marked by hesitation, weak decision-making and misplaced priorities, Modi gave India a clear vision, a strong direction and an unwavering commitment to public welfare and nation-first governance.”
Highlighting India’s economic ascent, Saini noted that when Modi assumed office in 2014, the country’s economy ranked 11th globally. “Now it is ranked 4th,” he said.
He attributed this rise to bold and historic decisions such as abrogation of Article 370, enactment of the Citizenship Amendment Act, far-reaching digital and financial reforms and robust national security measures such as surgical strikes in response to the 2016 Uri and 2019 Pulwama attacks. “These were possible only due to Modi’s strong leadership,” said Saini.
The Chief Minister also celebrated the revival of cultural pride through the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
Speaking of Haryana’s development, Saini highlighted Modi’s 14 visits to the state during his tenure, which included inaugurating key projects like AIIMS Jhajjar, Hisar Airport, Yamunanagar Thermal Plant and the Bima Sakhi scheme. He said 21 national highways have been approved for Haryana, of which 12 are already operational.
Under the PM Suryaghar Yojana, solar rooftops are now powering 17,000 homes in Haryana, with a goal to reach 2 lakh in the coming year, he added.
