The sarpanch is accused of failing to remove bricks and debris from her pathway despite repeated instructions from the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Dahina. She also allegedly disobeyed orders of the higher authorities, laid tiles on private land using panchayat funds without the consent of landowners and without proper registration in favour of the panchayat. “These actions are violation of the government regulations, dereliction of duty and misuse of official position,” the orders stated.
