Seven post office passport seva kendras in the state, closed since March 23 due to the Covid-induced lockdown, restarted passport service on Wednesday with 25 appointment slots each.

The offices in Karnal, Panipat, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Hisar, Sirsa and Bhiwani, under the Chandigarh Regional Passport Office, had restarted, said Sibash Kabiraj, Chandigarh Regional Passport Officer. — TNS
