Shefali Verma’s performance proud moment for entire nation: Chief Minister

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today spoke with women’s cricket team star Shefali Verma, a proud daughter of Haryana, and congratulated her on the India’s victory in the Women’s Cricket World Cup. The Chief Minister also commended her stellar performance as Player of the Match in the final.

The Chief Minister said, “Shefali Verma’s achievement is a moment of pride not only for Haryana, but for the entire nation. The Haryana Government is committed to promoting women in sports. Daughters like Shefali have brought immense glory to the state on the global stage.”

Chief Minister also invited Shefali Verma and her family to visit Sant Kabir Kutir. He said the entire state stands proud of her remarkable accomplishments, which showcase the strength, determination and talent of Haryana’s daughters to the world.
