The meeting focused on safety measures and emergency protocols to be followed during the drill. Sareen gave clear instructions on the precautions to be taken after the emergency siren is sounded. The administration plans to involve NCC and NSS candidates in the campaign to spread awareness, especially at the village level. Officials emphasised the importance of educating citizens about the drill to avoid panic and confusion. Sareen urged residents to strictly follow the guidelines issued during the drill, and to ignore any rumours or misleading information. Several key officials - including SDMs of Dabwali, Kalanwali and Ellenabad; DSPs; DRO Sanjay Chaudhary; Tehsildar Bhuvnesh Kumar; and civil defence officers - attended the meeting.
