The event was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Vijay Kumar, who lit the ceremonial lamp. Students participated in various events such as ‘Haryanvi’ dance, contemporary dance, quiz, mimicry, and mono-acting. The competition was organised as part of the Viksit Bharat Youth Connect, Drug-Free Youth for Developed India, and Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat initiatives.
Kumar exhorted students to actively take part in cultural and creative programmes, saying such platforms built confidence and helped in overall development. Registrar Sunil Kumar said the event enhanced leadership and communication skills.
Dean (Student Welfare) Rajkumar exhorted students to use their talents to contribute to society and the nation.
Director (Youth Welfare) Sewa Singh Bajwa welcomed the guests. Faculty members Umed Singh, Ranjit Kaur, and Nivedita were among the attendees of the event.
