As per sources, the SIT is headed by a DSP-level police officer.

However, Rohtak Superintendent of Police Surinder Singh Bhoria could not be contacted for his comments, nor did he respond to messages.

Meanwhile, a police team reached Deshwal's office on the outskirts of Rohtak city and questioned him regarding the incident and the circumstances that led to it.

The police team also scanned CCTV footage of the cameras installed near Deshwal's office.

Notably, ASI Sandeep had gone to Deshwal's office before he allegedly took the extreme step in a room built in a field at Ladhaut village in Rohtak.
