Superintendent of Police (SP) Bhupender Singh on Thursday constituted a special investigation team (SIT) under the supervision of DSP Navin Sandhu to inquire into the alleged murder case of farmer Bijender Singh of Nizampur village.

The SP said he would monitor every possible development in the case. The team comprises Inspector Sandeep, incharge CIA-1; Inspector Deepak, SHO Sector 13/17; and a cyber team under the supervision of DSP Navin Sandhu.
