The state government and Israel have signed a joint declaration in the field of integrated water resources management and capacity building. Satbir S Kadian, Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Project Director of the Atal Bhujal Yojana, Haryana, said the Joint Cooperation Agreement was signed with Enayat Shelin, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel, posted in New Delhi. Kadian said Israel and Haryana would transform the water sector .
