According to the police, the deceased was identified as Rajender Singh. He was headed for Ambala on Tuesday.

“It was drizzling in the morning near Bilaspur and Singh must have suffered a heart attack while he was stuck in traffic. He was found dead on the driving seat,” said Sub-Inspector Om Prakash, the investigating officer.
