The victim received multiple injuries and is being treated at a private hospital. As the student is not fit to given a statement, on the complaint of his father, a case under Sections 147, 149, 323 and 506 of the IPC was registered against 20 students at the Sushant Lok police station last night.

As per the complaint, filed by Amit Dahiya of Krishna Colony, he came to know about the incident when the school authorities called and told him that his son was admitted to Umkal hospital after being physical assaulted.

“When I reached the hospital, I found that my son was badly attacked. He was not even able to talk. But, somehow, he managed to speak for a while and told me that Sahil, who is his classmate, had called Sunny, Akshit and 17 other unidentified persons to the school with the purpose of killing him. They were traveling in five vehicles and surrounded him with the aim of forcefully putting him in their vehicle. They hid the identity of all vehicles by putting stickers on the number plates. The school staff have verified the incident,” he said in his complaint.
