Haryana Minister of State for Transport Aseem Goel has announced that the bus pass facility for students studying in state government and recognised educational institutions has been extended from 60 km to 150 km.

He said the discounted bus passes would be issued to all students studying in the schools, colleges/institutions in the state that were recognised by the state government or affiliated with any university or board in the state.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
