The deceased, identified as Aman, was a student of Class 8 and working at the factory during his winter vacation.

In his complaint, Aman’s father Rinku accused that their neighbour Rajiv, who had an enmity with Aman, attacked his son with an iron bar in the factory. Rinku said Aman was later rushed to the Jagadhri Civil Hospital, from where he was sent to a private hospital in Yamunanagar.

However, he was later declared dead in the hospital.
