Further, the government has set a deadline of 30 days for issuing No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to schools seeking affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any board other than the Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, for the same class levels.

In a parallel development, the Startup Registration Scheme under the Department of Industry and Commerce has also been brought under the Right to Service Act, with a fixed timeline of 40 days for completion.
