On February 24, Jaiprakash, a resident of Badarpur village, had suffered a bullet injury after two unidentified youths had opened fire at him. He is still undergoing treatment.
A case was registered at the Ladwa police station and the case was handed over to the CIA-2 unit.
During the investigation, the CIA-2 unit arrested Deshraj, Sachin and Suresh Kumar. The team also recovered a two-wheeler from their possession.
CIA-2 in-charge Mohan Lal said, “Deshraj had a suspicion over his wife having an illicit relation with Jaiprakash following which he contacted Suresh to kill Jaiprakash. Suresh came in contact with Sachin in Hisar... Sachin wanted a weapon to avenge the murder of his friend and Suresh lured Sachin to provide him a weapon,” he added.
