Giving details, Superintendent of Police (SP) Maqsood Ahmed said Inspector Surinder Singh along with SIT members arrested three persons — Yajat and Virender Kumar of Jind and Rahul of Bhiwani.

So far, the police had arrested 113 accused, including the mastermind, middlemen, purchasers and suppliers of paper, the SP said, adding that now they were nabbing other members of the paper leak gang.

The team members arrested Yajat, who got the answer key through Ramesh, while Virender got the paper through Sudhir of Rohtak’s Kharkhara and Rahul got it via Manohar Lal, who had been arrested earlier. They were produced in a court and had been sent to judicial custody, he added.
