Over 35 officials from the police and forest departments of Rajasthan and Haryana remained on their toes, with the tiger moving from one place to another under cover of darkness over the past three days.

“Heera Lal, along with other officials, was locating the tiger in mustard fields at Bhatsana village in the noon when the incident took place. The tiger fled inside the field after the attack. Drones are being used to find out its location and the search operation zone has been cordoned off,” said Deepak Patil, Deputy Conservator of Forest, Rewari.
