The total vaccinations against Covid-19 were pegged at 96,26,037 on Tuesday with 34,445 more persons being inoculated.

Meanwhile, 7,58,512 persons have so far recovered from the disease.The recovery rate is reported to be 98.62 per cent while the fatality rate is pegged at 1.24 per cent.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
