A three-day training programme for newly appointed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of the Haryana cadre concluded on Wednesday at the Haryana Police Academy (HPA) Madhuban. The programme aimed at familiarising the officers with various aspects of police functioning in the state.

Seven Assistant Commissioner-level IAS officers participated in the programme, which provided them with insights into the operational frameworks and challenges faced by the police.

During the course, HPA director, Dr Arshinder Singh Chawla, interacted with participants and encouraged them to work with dedication and honesty. He also emphasised on innovative ideas to improve functioning at the offices. The programme course director Superintendent of Police (SP) HPA, Pushpa said various important aspects were discussed during the course.
