The government had notified the Model Online Transfer Policy for transparent and efficient employee transfers across government cadres. The policy aims to enhance administrative efficiency and job satisfaction through a merit-based online system. To ensure the smooth implementation of the policy across government departments, the government had also instructed all departments to appoint a Group A or Group B level nodal officer to oversee the process.
