Women and Child Development and Irrigation Minister Shruti Chaudhry paid floral tributes to former minister and her father Surender Singh on the eve of his birth anniversary in their native Golagarh village of Bhiwani district on Friday. Surender Singh born on November 15, 1946 had died on March 31, 2005 in a chopper crash when he was a minister in the Haryana’s Congress government.

Shruti, daughter of Surender Singh said he was a leader of all 36 communities, and his leadership and ideology would continue to inspire everyone.
