Triple murder: 3 more held
In the triple murder case, the Yamunanagar district police have arrested three more persons. The accused have been identified as Ravinder, alias Kalu, of Golni village of Yamunanagar district, Gurvinder of Dangdehri village of Ambala district and Suraj of Valmiki Nagar of Ambala.
Satbir Singh Gill, a police spokesman, said the accused were today produced before a court in Jagadhri.
He said Ravinder was sent to three-day police remand by court. However, Gurvinder and Suraj were sent to four days’ police remand. He said till now, the police had arrested a total of six persons in the murder case.
He further said that the police had earlier arrested Sachin Handa of Chhachhrauli town of Yamunanagar district, Arbaaz Khan of Tajewala village of Yamunanagar district and Harsh Bali of Gandhi Nagar Colony of Yamunanagar in connection with the case. He added that on the directions of Superintendent of Police Rajiv Deswal, four teams were working to arrest the accused involved in the case.
According to information, the SP had also terminated the services of nine employees of the police post, Kheri Lakkha Singh.
