Two arrested for kidnapping youth

The police have arrested two young men for kidnapping a youth they suspected of possessing information about one of the accused’s missing sister. An FIR was registered by the victim’s brother under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The arrested accused were identified as Monu Gathwal and Naveen. They had kidnapped Suraj, a resident of Gopal Nagar, on Wednesday. A team of the Farrukhnagar crime unit arrested the accused last night from Pataudi. “Gothwal said he suspected Suraj of having information about his missing sister, for which the accused committed the crime,” a police offical said
