The Anti-Vehicle Theft Cell of the Yamunanagar police has arrested a man and claimed to have recovered two stolen motorcycles from him.

The accused has been identified as Israr, a resident of Saharanpur district, in Uttar Pradesh. Rajesh Kumar, incharge of the cell, said on a tip-off they arrested the accused with a stolen motorcycle from Pabni village road.

He said Israr told the police that he had stolen the motorcycle from Bilaspur town on August 21. He added that one more stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the accused. Kumar added that the accused was produced before a court, which sent him to judicial custody.
