The Haryana Federation of University and College Teachers’ Organisations (HFUCTO) has opposed the move to upload the service records of employees of state universities on the human resource management system (HRMS) portal.

Terming the diktat as a direct attack on the universities’ autonomy, the HFUCTO has threatened a farmer-like stir. Dr Vikas Siwach, HFUCTO president, said the HFUCTO had asked teachers to start a signature campaign. — TNS
