At a review meeting with general managers and CEOs of six Vita plants, the minister emphasised producing high-quality products accessible to the public. He instructed the expansion of the Jind plant to meet the rising demand for ghee and highlighted its branding potential.

Additionally, Sharma revealed plans to establish a food product testing laboratory in Karnal under the National Dairy Development Project. This initiative will support entrepreneurs by ensuring timely and advanced testing of food products.
