The problems related to corrections in the Parivar Pehchan Patra and civic issues, especially related to rainwater drainage pipes thronged the Samadhan Shivir presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Dr Munish Nagpal in Bhiwani today.

The ADC, while listening to grievances during the camp organised at the DRDA Hall in the Mini-Secretariat, directed officials concerned to take complaints seriously and ensure prompt resolution. Dr Nagpal emphasised that all departments must work efficiently and in coordination to redress problems of citizens.

Among those, who approached the camp included Harichand from Sector 13. He raised the issue of rainwater drainage from a street. Balwan from Peepali Wali Johri complained about the problem of drainage of rainwater and the need to clean sewer lines.

Om Prakash from Manheru village raised the issue related to discrepancy in records of the Parivar Pehchan Patra. Ramesh demanded lifting of garbage from a street in his village, while Vinod lodged a complaint against a dealer for not providing urea fertiliser. Many other complainants also attended the camp for taking up their problems with officials concerned.

The ADC stressed on addressing pending complaints, ensuring that updates were uploaded on the action taken report portal.
