In local gaushalas, cows are crammed like a can of sardines. In the ongoing prevailing harsh winter conditions, without any proper shed or tarpaulin covers over them, cows keep trembling and a few succumb in the freezing temperatures. When gaushalas get a lot of financial aid from public and the government both, then why such pitiable conditions prevail for them? When they are running gaushalas, their management is duty-bound to take proper care of cows under their custody.

Flights pose threat to population

A flying school is being operated at Chaudhary Bansi Lal Airport, Bhiwani, by the Flight Simulation Technique Centre for pilot training. Flights passing over populated areas is a matter of concern. It could lead to potential loss of life and property in case of an accident, a fact which is being ignored by the government and administration. There is a need to take immediate cognisance of the matter to ensure flight routes avoid populated areas.
