Haphazard parking irks residents

Residents are a harried lot due to haphazard vehicle parking on roads in the city’s main markets. As no assigned parking lot has been created near crowded markets, residents park their vehicles on the roads, which leads to traffic congestion and mishaps. Already encroached by shopkeepers, the roads get further congested due to the haphazard parking. The authorities concerned should create parking lots in the city to resolve the issue.
