A 25-year old woman died after a 20-ft high wall of a building collapsed at Teegaun village in Faridabad district on Thursday.

Police sources revealed that the deceased woman has been identified as Raja Beti, who was living in Faridabad along with her husband and in-laws, doing labour along with them.

She went to Bukharpur area of Teegaun village along with her family to demolish an old building, but as the demolition work was going on, a 20-feet wall suddenly collapsed and fell on her, burying her alive under the debris.

Her husband, family members and other labourers pulled out her body from under the debris. They rushed her to the Badshah Khan Civil Hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. The police took the body into custody and handed it over to the hospital authorities for post-mortem.
