“(The suspect) created a fake WhatsApp account containing nude images and abusive language. The first message was sent on November 14 last year. This person sent the messages to my senior colleagues and friends. I am totally disturbed and cannot concentrate on my work. I want strict action against this person, who has been sending messages with inappropriate language to my hospital colleagues,” the woman said in her complaint.

Following the complaint, an FIR was registered against the unknown suspect under Section 79 of BNS at the Cyber Crime East police station on Friday.
