Woman’s blood-soaked body found in Yamunanagar
The body of an unidentified woman was found soaked in blood in a field near Chaneti village of Yamunanagar district on Wednesday. The body could not be identified as the face of the deceased was badly crushed.
The police took the body into its custody, and sent it to the mortuary for identification.
After registering a case on murder charges against unidentified persons, the police started an investigation to solve it.
According to information, two women had gone to some fields near Chaneti village to cut green fodder. They found the body of the woman in a blood-soaked condition. The women informed villagers, who reached the spot and informed Dial 112.
The body has been sent to the post-mortem house of the local Civil Hospital.
