The half-burnt body of an unidentified young woman was found from Pehowa-Kaithal road on Wednesday. It was reportedly in a semi-naked condition.

After getting information, DSP Pehowa Nirmal Singh, along with the scene of crime team, reached the spot and the body was shifted to LNJP district civil hospital.

The DSP said that the deceased appears to be around 20 years of age and efforts are being made to get the identification done. Information is being obtained about the missing persons from the nearby areas and districts.
