The Gurugram police have booked an unidentified youth for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl and impregnating her. The crime came to fore when she complained of abdominal pain and bleeding. An FIR under POCSO Act has been registered at Sector 53 police station. The accused is still at large and not even identified yet, the police said. According to the police, a Sector 53 area resident approached the police and claimed that her daughter was allegedly raped by a stalker after he took her to a hotel on late Sunday evening. “The family of the victim was staying at a rented accommodation. The victim is a Class X student and she was not aware even about the name of the accused. She is being treated in a hospital now. We are trying to arrest the accused,” said ASI Mahesh Kumar, who is investigating the case. — OC
